Robotics is available for grade 6-8 as a competition team.  Each team is allowed 10 members.  Students meet weekly to work on the robotics project.  The competition is held in early November at Surry Community College.  The robotics competition is made possible by a partner ship with South Data and Surry Lego League.  The Lego Robotics competition is structured to require students to compete in Core Values, Project, Robot Design and Robot Run.  This year we had two teams, Elkineers and Cyberelks.  Both teams worked hard to design projects around hydro dynamics.
